There are many confusions among members. I’ll try to solve only two confusions:
- You ve to pay Rs. 5000 per customer ID (not per FD)
- For being a petitioner, membership of OBMA is mandatory.
It is a well-drafted case at the SC between OBMA & the Union of India. The tribunals did too many mistakes.
Reg. point 2, many of you ve sent membership forms without self-signed PAN & Aadhar. Without these two membership will not be admitted.
