Akhar Bandyopadhyay was a deschooled/unschooled/homeschooled student. After finishing his undergraduate Degree in Philosophy from the University of Calcutta, he is now pursuing his Masters in Philosophy from the Presidency University, Kolkata. He has published several research papers and articles (some of them were translated in Urdu and Portuguese). He has also attended international as well as national seminars and webinars, either as a speaker or a participant. As a non-partisan political and climate activist, he has also engaged himself in the Group Theatre and Little Magazine movements.
